Cancellation & Refund Policy

How do I cancel an order?

  1. You can cancel your order online before the product is shipped from our fulfillment center. Your entire order amount will be refunded. You may call us at +91 9824787797. Please cancel within 15 hours of placing the order and before dispatch as we normally dispatch within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
  2. In case of cancellation, your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. The amount can be used to shopping in future only at Surbhika.com Unfortunately; an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

In order to cancel an item in your order:

  • Call us on +91- 9824787797 (during working hours 10:30 HRS – 05:30 HRS IST).
  • Use the contact us form here and provide your order details and reason for cancellation.
  • Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible (as per the cancellation policy above).
  • In case of any promotional offers running on website,  you are eligible for the refund as per your ordered invoice amount only.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Surbhika.com

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

There are two modes of refund:

  • Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction
  • If you have made payments with any other sources or media refund may take time according to the source.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
All products are shipped using carrier-approved materials and methods. All products are also carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Any damage is the responsibility of the carrier, not Surbhika.com. Therefore, you must make all damage claims to the carrier.

In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged products for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, you must accept the products and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification.

Return Policy

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Refund Policy

Under what conditions refund is processed?

  • The order value will be refunded in full, if refunded to Surbhika.com Account as Credit.
  • The order value will be refunded with a deduction of Rs.50/- as cancellation charges if it is processed to source account. It will take upto 10 working days for the refund amount to reach the source account.
  • The order can be cancelled before dispatch only, the amount of the order is refunded to the refund preference.
  • Return related refunds can be requested between 15 days of receiving the product by customer. Beyond this period the refund will fall in special case scenario and would require management approval.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Across India

We offer delivery all over India, even to the remote areas. Free delivery is applicable on order above a minimum threshold value. The threshold value may differ from time to time and may differ for retail or wholesale orders.

How Long will my order take?

We carry all our products in-house for immediate dispatches. We try to dispatch order(s) within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Please allow 5-7 days from dispatch for delivery within India. In case orders get delayed or product is found to be out of stock. Our executive will contact you for providing the information and will try to retain you as our customer with the best in-hand service on offer.
